PERSONAL TRAINING

It’s All About You

What is it?

Specific one on one training sessions based on what you want to achieve.

What does that mean?

If you have a long term goal or an event more than 8 weeks away, I look at what you want to achieve, where you are now & plan how we’re going to get to your goal. I look at your strengths & weaknesses, what challenges you & what you enjoy to create the overall training plan. The overall training plan takes into account long it will take to achieve your goal/ event date & is then broken down into 8 week development & progression plans. From there each session is designed to develop & progress you to your goal

If you have a shorter term goal (less than 8 weeks) or just want a few sessions to kick start a fitness plan, we work with you to ensure you get everything you need from each session

How does it differ from group training?

Each session is designed specifically to help you reach not only your overall goal but your agreed progression markers (smaller benchmark goals). Your training is the sole focus of the session, it’s all about you & your training. Everything is designed to get you to help you achieve your goals.

It is possible to have personal training with a friend or family member if you have similar goals or just want to spend time together, the sessions will be designed for this

What can I expect?

All sessions are designed to progress you to your overall long term goal. Each session will be different. Your goals, events & ambitions will dictate what you do in the sessions.

Each session lasts an hour & you will be the only person training in the studio at that time

Depending on the session, some training may take place outdoors (weather dependant)

Each training session is unique to you

Integrated training plan- a complete overview of all of your training (personal training sessions, group sessions & your own training) with how it fits together to reach your goals (based on 8 week sign up)

Stats & measurement tracking including body fat %, weight, muscle mass % (optional)

Diet & nutrition advice (optional)

What do I need to do?

Be willing to share your goals & ambitions to allow us to create the best development programme for you to achieve.

What will my personal trainer do?

During your training session, your trainer will be focused on you & helping you complete the session to the very best of your ability. Each training session is planned & designed uniquely for you.

Create a programme specific to you, integrating your chosen bench markers e.g. body testing, fitness testing (based on 8 week sign up). This will be discussed with you & you will be given an overview copy & sent an updated copy with relevant bench markers
